For three decades PJ's coffee has been chosen as a New Orleans favorite. The founder of PJ's coffee was a pioneer of gourmet coffee - her idea: to create unique coffee blends and roast the beans in small batches - the same way we still do it today in our roasting facility not far from Bourbon Street.
